I am currently serving in the United States Air Force and will be retiring soon as a Senior Enlisted Superintendent. In my 20 years in the Air Force, I have filled multiple roles with backgrounds in Logistics, Operations, and Management. My last assignment as the Operations Superintendent, I led over 450 military and civilian personnel through 5 different career fields. My passion is people and service—I devote much of my time teaching, mentoring, and developing people, from personal subjects to business related matters. Additionally, I served as an Adjunct Professor in the Business and Operations Management Undergraduate Programs at Southwestern College. Lastly, I am an entrepreneur and currently own a very successful company called Paragon Gaming Systems, where my company builds custom gaming computers for our clientele. I’ve accumulated valuable skills and expertise with my service in the military and as an Adjunct Professor. As an empath, I am passionate about others’ interests and making them my own—it’s a double-edged sword; however, just know that as your consultant, your best interests are my best interests.

 

I’ve interacted with thousands of individuals from different walks of life, people in different countries, individuals dealing with problems and issues that others haven’t experienced. I’ve learned to be a great listener and a good judge of character. I’ve learned to be a great leader through being a great follower. With diverse teams, I’ve led countless programs, projects, and strategic plans. These lessons that I’ve learned made me the person that I am today. I have completed post-graduate coursework to become an Adjunct Professor and graduated with a Master of Business Administration Degree, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations Management (Summa Cum Laude), an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in Logistics Management, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. I also have several Leadership and Management certifications through the Department of Defense to include Senior Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education I & II, Airmen Leadership School, the Noncommissioned Officer Academy, and the United States Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy. I also hold a Senior Logistics Readiness Certification, reserved for the top 2% of the military. ACP Consulting LLC operates world-wide, not just within the continental United States.
